CNSC Hainan Service Center is a wholly owned subsidiary of CNSC in Hainan province of China. It was approved and established by Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation in 1993. The main business of CNSC Hainan Service Center includes: real estate management service, supply of duty free commodities to Chinese people returning home from abroad and the goods to foreign funded enterprises in China.

Located in Jinpan Development District of Haikou City, Jiahai Plaza of CNSC Hainan Service Center is known for its traffic convenience and beautiful scenery.
