Labour (trainee) service business of CNSC was started in March 1993 on the receiving of the approval of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC). Therefore, CNSC is one of the earliest ones obtained business license of dealing with labour (trainee) service approved by Chinese government among all the largest size state-owned enterprises for foreign economic and trade cooperation.

Over the past ten years, CNSC has set up very good business cooperation relationship with relevant governmental authorities, organizations, and companies or employers in many countries. The total number of labour (trainee) sent out by CNSC is increasing year by year.
